Its in an amazing location right on the Sea of Cortez, with lots of onsite entertainment. The San Felipe Malecon is also just a short drive into town and offers a variety of boat trips to go out fishing, or rent sail boat rentals. It offers spectacular beachfront sunsets, a white sandy beach, great for swimming, kayaking, stand up paddling, surfing, or simply relaxing, or enjoying several swimming pool, large outdoor Jacuzzi and BBQ grills.
Unit 73-2 is a beautifully designed and decorated 1400 square foot two-level villa consisting of a full bath with a separate vanity area, a fully equipped chefs kitchen, a dining area and a cozy living room with terrific beach views.
From your private balcony you'll enjoy amazing views of the Sea of Cortez. Pay close attention and you can watch fish jumping for joy in the water. Amenities include air conditioning, microwave oven, ceiling fan, range, refrigerator and TV. As an added convenience for our guests, laundry facilities are located onsite.
Bring down the whole family for a much needed retreat. This villa is located in the community of La Ventana del Mar, front row to the beach! Sleeps 4 people, fully equipped with all the comforts of home. Two more children six years or under welcome for maximum occupancy of 6 guests.

This resort resort does not permit use of BBQ at the condos due to fire danger.
- 8 BBQs have been set up at a designated BBQ area away from the condos. It is about a 10 minute walk to the BBQ area
- Another option is to use the BBQ service of on-site Pavilion restaurant
