All members were very helpful.

This is our third time staying at Sahuaros 24. We love the house. It is spacious and clean with the best beach! We just really wish the pool was open past 3pm.

Condo 77-3 is beautiful really enjoyed staying there.

The service was great! The property exceeded our expectations!! It took a little bit to get answer by WhatsApp by we didnt call and by email they were quick to response

The property options are plenty and it is super easy to book your stay.

The location is perfect. The views from balcony are amazing and having a car garage for our vehicles was the cherry on top.

Really nice customer service, I liked that the A/C was turned on upon our arrival, so the condo was cool already.

Todo el personal es muy amable, en la recepcin para recibir las tarjetas de el carro y las pulseras falta un poco una mejor atencin, uno entre y no me dijeron nada, me saludaron bien pero despus de saludar solo me mir esperando a que yo dijera a qu iba, en vez de preguntar con amabilidad si vena a hacer check in o en qu escritorio deba acercarme, por qu haban dos, y uno como primera vez entre y no saba a quien dirigirme por qu nadie me habl

I appreciated the communication through WhatsApp. I appreciated the check in staff recommending amazing local eateries. Everyone was kind. The security did a great job and recommended the best pool. We felt safe and well taken care of

La disfrute mucho, el lugar si era como las imgenes, no me engaaron como ya me paso una vez en otro lugar que rente, aqu si estuvo todo muy cmodo, hermoso, maravilloso, sin duda volvere a rentar con ustedes.

Perfect vacation . This was the perfect condo to spend our time. Very clean and right on the beach!

We've worked with My San Felipe Vacations several times and have always had excellent service. When I thought we might not arrive until after 8PM I called and was told they would wait.Very reassuring.

The unit is very nice and has everything one needs. It was nice to sit outside in the morning and watch the golfers. Everything worked nicely except the freezer,but when I notified My San Felipe they came quickly and fixed it.

Every staff member at the El Dorado Resort and My San Felipe Vacations was smiley and helpful.

Check in process could have been a bit quicker at the Resort for the pool key but I arrived outside the time I had originally relayed so that's my fault plus it was a holiday weekend.
