Check in was a nightmare: Upon my arrival, I went to the main office and was directed to a secondary office, which was across the main highway, for check in. The secondary office directed me to a third office, which was approximately 3 city blocks away. After providing the third office with another deposit, I had to return to the second office for a parking pass. Thereafter, I had to provide my registration information to a guard stationed beside the first office. This process can definitely be improved to minimize the registration process.

The condominium was nicely maintained. Once I was settled in, my stay was enjoyable.

A great location, central to great beaches and just a 10-minute drive to San Felipe. The pool was terrific, and the space offered great views of the Sea of Cortez. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Location was amazing, but I really think lawn chairs on the decks would have made our stay better. All I wanted to do was sit on the deck and see the beach.

The staff were always polite and quick to respond thru what's app with my questions and requests from the time we booked our condo months ahead till we completed our stay.

Thank you for making our stay feel like our home away from home. It was so peaceful and relaxing. Yet, you can be as busy as you want to be with all the activities offered. They were fun. We enjoyed the pool area and especially the hot tub, which we used daily. Also really enjoyed the 5 minute walk to the beach and will miss our daily walks on the beautiful sand that goes on for miles and walking the low tides looking at shells. The weather was also pretty nice.We always felt very safe on the property and the guest and staff were all very friendly. Thank you for the great vacation.

Property was clean. Kitchen is well organized and has all amenities (utensils, plates etc.). beds were well made and the bedsheets and pillow covers looked new. The bed was comfortable. The area is quite and peaceful, Please add a larger dining table, extra blankets and better quality toilet paper. Over all very positive and pleasant experience.

Great communication. Patience with me locking myself out of the casita on the first night.

It's an ideal location for a potential new resident to Eldorado Ranch.
