VACATION RENTAL POLICY
Terms & Conditions: Condos & Homes
- Check in time is after 3:00 PM and check out is before 11:00 AM. An early check-in or late check-out is available for a fee.
- All properties are non-smoking
- Pets - small pets are allowed in a few homes with no carpet. Homes in which pets are permitted are so indicated on the property profile.
- Occupancy may not exceed what is posted for each home. Maximum occupancy includes infants and children.
- A $100.00 security deposit is required at check-in time. On your departure date, we will make an inspection and provided there are no missing items, the $100.00 will be refunded to you.
PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- A 30% non-refundable reservation deposit is required and will be applied to the total amount due. The final payment is due 21 days before your arrival and is non-refundable at that point. The final payment will be billed to your credit card on file unless other payment arrangements have been made. Please note if the 21 day final payment falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a holiday it will be charged the last business day prior to your final payment date.
- There is a one time cleaning fee. This fee varies per property
- We accept VISA, MASTERCARD and DISCOVER,
- CANCELLATION POLICY:
- The 30% reservation deposit is Non-Refundable.
- Cancellations must be confirmed in writing.
- Cancellations made within 21 days of arrival will result in loss of all monies.
- SECURITY DEPOSIT
- We do not charge a security deposit, instead we have damage insurance fee.
- Damage insurance does not cover unauthorized removal of items from property.
