San Felipe is what I call an unexpected vacation destination. The city had an attraction that catered to every age group and even had my mum feeling like she was a teenager again. The rental management crew was terrific, the condo was very modern. Restaurants have great food. The water rides and nightlife were lots of fun. San Felipe is definitely a place I will be visiting again.

I had never thought of doing a San Felipe House Rental before we stayed with you. Your house is great. Next time I visit San Felipe i will be sure check on your house rentals again.

"'Awesome! Awesome! Awesome!', declared my normally difficult to impress sister-in-law after we had spent the first few minutes in our two MySanFelipeVacation homes that we would spend a week living in over Christmas.

After driving over seven hundred miles with nine kids, the last thing all 13 of us wanted to do was cram ourselves into 3 or 4 hotel rooms. We've done San Felipe with family groups as large as 21 and done everything from single rooms to multiple rooms on property. But nothing compared to the value and comfort we got from having two homes across the street from each other.

The pool and private beach were the biggest hits with the kids. Several days we just cooked up snacks and then set out a "buffet" for them to graze on while they swam. At night, the littlest ones could go to bed, while the older ones played games and the adults could watch a movie or have some jacuzzi time to themselves. Still today, the kids say that when we go back to San Felipe, that they only want to go if we rent that house again!"

“This was a wonderful family vacation! Everything about it was easy and first class all the way. With a small child and family members with children all gathering together for a San Felipe vacation, this was the most economical and stress free way to go! It was a pleasure to be able to provide the children with room to play and accommodate naps and sleep times without the adults being squeezed by four walls of a tiny hotel room. Also, it was a thrill to be able to go to the beach for a few hours at a time with a door to beach round trip of about 10 minutes. "We loved it! It was our first trip to San Felipe, and we were worried having three young children (6, 4 and 13 months) that a 7 day vacation in San Felipe wouldn't be relaxing. We were wrong!

The condo next to the pool was perfect for us! The kids could sleep in their own rooms after a busy day at the beach and we could relax ourselves in the evening by our pool. We saved a lot of money by not doing a hotel, especially since we ended up not eating out once. It was just easier to cook in the fully equipped kitchen or have food delivered than to drag tired children to a busy restaurant. The Lapapa pool was big and never too busy. The kids also liked walking around the neighborhood with us (it felt very safe and home-like). We were a short drive to down town San Felipe, an hour from "Valley of the giants" and close to everything else we needed. The condo was a relaxing place to come home to. Our kids called it home all week and still ask if we can go to our "other home with the pool". I don't think we'll ever stay in a hotel again for vacation. I would highly recommend My SanFelipe homes to anyone!"

We stayed at La Ventana Del Mar from December 15 - December 29, 2008: first staying at a resort home, then moving to a condo unit on December 22 when most of our party left for home. I am a San Felipe "veteran", having stayed in different hotels across town. We decided to try a vacation home because we were traveling in a large group, and liked the idea of saving some money.

Everything about the home (and condo) and the resort exceeded our expectations. It was extremely close to the beach, with only a short walk to get there. What made it special was the "exhale" we could do at the end of the day, upon returning to our home. Instead of being cramped up in a hotel-style room, everyone had their own place to relax. The kids and adults could clam and swim on the private beach all day long.

I will highly recommend mysanfelipe vacation homes to all my friends and family planning a trip to Sanfelipe. Great job mysanfelipevacation; we can't wait to go back!

Once we decided on a trip to San Felipe, we were conflicted between a San Felipe rental home and a San Felipe hotel. Rental home won out and we are sure glad we decided this way. Having our own patio, kitchen, BBQ, just great!! Dick, thank you for the restaurant tips. Hope to be back again soon.

Our stay was fantastic!! The house was amazing!! Happy to say the pictures of website were 100% what we got.

We loved sitting on the pockets of water, waiting for the ocean to come in. pools were warmed by the sun which was great. The food prices at the pool area were very cheap. however food and drinks can be improved. the condo was great, although i should have taken a baby gate for my toddler. we will definitely visit again.

We were vacationing in San Diego when my wife read about San Felipe. It sounded interesting plus there was shrimp festival weekend, so we decided to go to see San Felipe for 2 nights. Dick was very nice, he received us, took us to the vacation rental house which we loved and gave us ideas about where to eat. The shrimp festival was a lot of fun with different choices of menus and Elvis live music.

I was very satisfied with the house and the comfort inside, vernice vacation with the luxury of a 5 star hotel with very good security. We will come back again for sure to spend more days in this place. Thanks Sergio

Thanks for everything Dick. We really enjoyed our trip to San Felipe and the condo was wonderful - looked even better in person than in the photos! What I liked best about the unit was the tasteful decoration and closeness to the swimming pools.
