Our pricing structure gives you a discount when you reserve a house for 7 nights, or 30 nights a month.  To get the monthly rental pricing, be sure to put in 30 night increments.    For montthly rentals, utilities (subject to availability; include water, electricity, propane, electricity and satelite TV)  are extra.
