VACATION RENTAL POLICY
Terms & Conditions: Condos & Homes
- Check in time is between 3:00 PM and 7:00PM. Early check-in may be available for additional fee.
- Office closes at 8PM. Check if after 8PM is extra $25.
- Check out is before 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be available for additional fee.
- All properties are non-smoking
- Pets - small pets are allowed in a few homes with no carpet. Homes in which pets are permitted are so indicated on the property profile.
- Occupancy may not exceed what is posted for each home. Maximum occupancy includes infants and children.
- No loud music.
- No live bands.
PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- A 30% non-refundable reservation deposit is required and this deposit will be applied to the total amount due. The final payment is due 21 days before your arrival and is non-refundable at that point. The final payment will be billed to your credit card on file unless other payment arrangements have been made. Please note if the 21 day final payment falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a holiday it will be charged the last business day prior to your final payment date.
- There is a one time cleaning fee. This fee varies per property
- We accept VISA, MASTERCARD and DISCOVER,
NOTE, we have certain rentals which are cash rentals. For these rentals, you will receive an email before your arrival requesting balance be paid in cash.
- CANCELLATION POLICY:
- The 30% reservation deposit is Non-Refundable.
- Cancellations must be confirmed in writing.
- Cancellations made within 21 days of arrival will result in loss of all monies.
