The house's roof is a palapa very unique form layout of the bedrooms.
First bedroom features a Queen size bed.
Second bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed.
Third bedroom also features a Queen size and last but not least 4th bedroom also features a Queen size bed,

The living area has to large couches and Satellite Tv.
Kitchen features a 6 person dinning table with a fully equipped kitchen. Right next to the living and kitchen area is the Full bathroom.

The Property is located on a small Beach front ranch inside the Percebu community, with about 7 buildings, which of 5 are rental homes 1 is an restaurant and the other is the owners house. The Pool facilities and Giant Palapa use is for all 5 rental homes. There are onsite cooking and maintenance teams, If case you are to have any type of inconvenience or simply want a delicious authentic Mexican Meal!! 

This home Sleeps 8 guests for a comfortable stay for 12 guests please bring air mattress or cots!

Please bring towels for Pool and Beach use.
