This cozy residence in El Dorado Ranch is nestled on a level block in a desirably tranquil cul-de-sac location.
Two bedrooms, in one bedroom there is a full size bed. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed. If you will be more than 4 guests, please bring an airbed for the 2 guests.
The house comes complete a welcoming kitchen/dining area, two bathrooms, two bedrooms, retains the value of peaceful living while being conveniently close to the Main pool which is a 2 to 3 minute driving distance. Perfect for a small family or as a holiday retreat.
Comes with 4 swimming pool passes only.
- Children 12 and under do not need a pool pass.

Arrival after 8PM is $25 extra. This goes to cover my assistant who will. work after hours to meet you.

- Passes are only issued directly to guests
- Regular hours for issuing passes to guest is 8AM - 4:30PM
- If you arrive after 4:30PM, we check-you in as usual, but you will need to go to resort office the next day to pick up your passes.
- If you arrive after 4:30PM, you will not be able to use the swimming pool on arrival

The house is cute and comfy for a weeks stay. I like that a broom was left for me to sweep the patios, especially since a rodent of some sort likes to come and pee/poop in the same place every single night, to the right of the front door. I spoke to another EDR guest who reported the same rodent behavior at her place! Ive never seen anything like that and I lived in the redwoods for over 40 years. I love how the homes are dotted here and there, with no sort of rhyme or reason, and that they are not allowed to be more than two stories tall. Stargazing here is fabulous and too bad Casa Magers has no roof top access. We appreciated access to the pools, however, we found the temperature to be unrefreshing. We also appreciated the clean windows.

RESORT PASS AND SWIMMING POOL PASS
- This resort requires guests to have passes to access the resort and pools
- The passes are only issued directly to guests - Tgis requires guest to visit one more office after check-in
- Regular hours for issuing passes to guest is between 8AM - 4:30PM
- If you arrive after 4:30PM, we check-you in as usual, but you will need to go to resort office the next day to pick up your passes.
- If you arrive after 4:30PM, you will not be able to use the swimming pool on arrival day because you won't have the required passes. You can use the pool once you pick up your passes the following day.
- Pool hours are 9AM - 10PM
