Casa Zim is a two-bedroom vacation home with 360-degree views of the area’s gorgeous desert landscapes. After you park in the private driveway, walk through the landscaped front yard, through the shady front patio, and into your spacious home away from home. The main living room is a bright and open hang-out space with large windows, comfortable furniture, and a charming fireplace in the corner. Locally-inspired artwork hangs on the wall, and bright accent pieces add color and character to the room. This comfortable space is the perfect place to sneak in a cat nap after a long day exploring the city.

The formal dining room and kitchen are located right off of the living room. The open concept floor plan makes it feel like these three separate rooms are one. The formal dining room features a wooden table and seating for six up against a window overlooking the property. The gourmet kitchen is clean and spacious, and the center island doubles as a breakfast bar. With modern appliances and cabinets full of kitchen utensils and dishes, everyone can cook their favorite meals. This recently upgraded kitchen has a large refrigerator, microwave blender coffee maker, stove, double sinks, and plenty of outlets to charge all of your devices. Set snacks and cocktails out on the center island, or use the extra counter space to chop, dice, and slice fresh ingredients from the grocery store down the street.
 
The master bedroom features soft color tones, wood accents, and a beautifully tiled floor. This room gets a lot of natural light and has an elegant dresser with a full mirror. This room has a sliding glass door that leads out the patio, making it easy to enjoy coffee in the morning with a view of the mountains. If you need to work while you’re on vacation, use the gorgeous built-in desk in this room to check emails, make calls, and be productive. This bedroom is just steps from the second bathroom.
