Casa de John San Felipe Vacation rental is a five bedroom five bathroom vacation rental. The 5 bedrooms have their own bathroom. Plus and extra handicap bathroom/shower wheelchair accessible in the gameroom. The game room has a non stocked bar, popcorn machine, dart board, corn hole boards (for outside use) and ample seating to socialize.

Located in San Felipe's Ejido community, this rental features all brand new appliances, as well as small appliances (crock pots, coffee pots, rice cookers)

The bed configurations are as follows:

• Bedroom 1: Two queen beds
• Bedroom 2: Two queen beds.
• Bedroom 3: Two queen beds
• Bedroom 4: Two queen beds
• Bedroom 5: One queen bed

The single floor design is very spacious, both in the house and the compound, with lots of parking and space to entertain. Note that the garage is not available for guest use, however, covered parking is available.

A large private pool is available for guest use.  Many fond memories of your vacation with kids and adults will be created here. 

A palapa with misting water feature provides shade to keep you cool for outdoor enjoyment.  BBQ. your speical meals and host friends and family here.  

Note: This rental does not come with towels.  Guest provide all needed towels. 

You can bring your offroad toys to this rental:  ATV, Can-am, etc.
