To get to this home, you’ll drive through the vibrant city of San Felipe. On the way in, stop into Gonzalez Mercado or Rancho Market and Deli. Both offer a wide variety of authentic Mexican foods and ingredients, as well as homemade food to go, health and beauty products, home goods, and clothing. When you stop into these grocery stores, chances are you’ll meet a few locals who can tell you a little bit more about their city. They’ll probably direct you to La Cabana Restaurant (and Coyote Burger and Ensalada is another local favorite!) This incredible home is just minutes from local grocery stores, restaurants, sidewalk boutiques, and the beach. 

As a guest in this home, you have access to all of the resort’s amenities. This includes the resort pools, golf courses, tennis courts, and onsite restaurants. This gated community offers breathtaking Sea of Cortez and mountain views, quiet streets, and resort beach access.
 
After you explore the city and the resort, park your car in the driveway and head through the front door of this luxury home. Right away you’ll notice the exposed wood beams in the ceiling, clay-colored tile floors, high ceilings, and authentic Mexican accents. The main living room has a smooth Kiva fireplace in the corner that adds warmth and charm to the space. Here you’ll find a comfortable L-shaped sofa in front of a big-screen TV, decorative light fixtures, and a large window that allows plenty of natural sunlight to fill the space. 

The Baja kitchen is located right off of the main living room and features an elevated breakfast bar with high top seating. This is a great place to set out chips, salsa, and margaritas in the afternoon. Keep all of your family’s groceries organized in the custom cabinets, and use the extensive counter space to prepare meals for everyone. The kitchen has modern appliances, high ceilings, and a decorative red-tile backsplash. Located in the heart of the home, this will be the place everyone will want to hang out. A large sink and dishwasher make cleaning up after a family meal a breeze, and the microwave is perfect for heating leftovers from La Vaquita Restaurant down the street. 

Right off the kitchen is the breakfast nook. This is a perfect place to enjoy breakfast as a family before heading out to the beach. You can also sit at this circular table, open up your laptop and get some work done. 

There is one bedroom on the ground floor. This master retreat features a Queen size bed and wooden armoire. The red-clay inspired tile and wooden accents make this a bright and welcoming place to relax. This spacious room gets plenty of natural sunlight. Guests in this room have their own private bathroom, complete with a single vanity area and walk-in shower hidden behind a frosted glass wall. Whether you’re getting ready for a busy day or unwinding from one, this bathroom is a warm and private place to do it.
 
From the main living room, you can walk down a short hallway to find the second full bedroom and bathroom. This family bathroom is similar to the first, with a tiled shower and single vanity with hand-painted design elements. The second bedroom is just steps from the bathroom and has a Queen size bed. Guests in this room can use the wooden dresser and closet space to keep their clothing organized, and the wooden accents throughout the room give it a warm and comfortable feel.
 
A staircase leads from the living room up to the third bedroom. This bright and airy room features two twin beds, one of which is a trundle bed. This simple yet comfortable bedroom is perfect for kids or adults and is a space tucked away from the common areas. 
There is a door that leads from the kitchen and breakfast area out to the private patio. Guests can enjoy breakfast at the outdoor dining table and enjoy coffee and a meal with a view. This shady spot offers unobstructed views of the property, complete with the mountains in the distance. Early birds can brew coffee in the coffee maker and start the day on the patio, and night owls can sit out on the patio with a glass of wine after a long day at the beach.
