El Dorado Ranch San Felipe Beach Resort has the best beachfront condo accommodation in San Felipe, Baja California. Its in an amazing location right on the Sea of Cortez, with lots of onsite entertainment. The San Felipe Malecon is also just a short drive into town and offers a variety of boat trips to go out fishing, or rent sail boat rentals. It offers spectacular beachfront sunsets, a white sandy beach, great for swimming, kayaking, stand up paddling, surfing, or simply relaxing, or enjoying several swimming pool, large outdoor Jacuzzi and BBQ grills.
Unit 73-2 is a beautifully designed and decorated 1400 square foot two-level villa consisting of a full bath with a separate vanity area, a fully equipped chefs kitchen, a dining area and a cozy living room with terrific beach views.
From your private balcony you'll enjoy amazing views of the Sea of Cortez. Pay close attention and you can watch fish jumping for joy in the water. Amenities include air conditioning, microwave oven, ceiling fan, range, refrigerator and TV. As an added convenience for our guests, laundry facilities are located onsite.
Bring down the whole family for a much needed retreat. This villa is located in the community of La Ventana del Mar, front row to the beach! Sleeps 4 people, fully equipped with all the comforts of home. Two more children six years or under welcome for maximum occupancy of 6 guests.

- If 6 adults rent, only 4 adults can access the pool.
- Children 12 years and under do not need pool pass
Pool Passes are issued by the resort directly to guests. Office issuing the passes closes by 4:30PM. If you arrive after 4:30PM, you will be able to access the rental but not the pool. Passes will need to be picked up the following day.
No Off-road vehciles permitted in this community. Exception made for race teams.
MONTHLY RENTAL - Utilities are additional. A utility security deposit is required from monthly renters upon arrival.

This resort resort does not permit use of BBQ at the condos due to fire danger.
MONTHLY RENTALS: Utilities are extra. (Subject to availability, utilities include, water, electricity, propane satellite TV and internet.)
Check-in is between 3PM - 8PM.
Check-in after 8PM is extra $25 extra
- BBQs have been set up at a designated BBQ area away from the condos.
- It is about a 10 minute walk to the BBQ area
- Another option is to use the BBQ service of on-site Pavilion restaurant
