As you pull into the private driveway, you’ll notice a carefully landscaped yard and bold architectural elements that make a statement against the bright blue San Felipe sky. Open the heavy front door, and you’re on the second floor and in the main living area, complete with comfortable couches and loveseats overlooking the outdoor entertainment terrace and the Sea of Cortez. This living room also has a wall-mounted flat screen TV. 

The front living area blends into the gourmet kitchen. This open-concept kitchen features expansive counter space, an elevated snack bar, modern appliances, and custom cabinets. You can reheat leftovers from The Taco Factory or make a trip to the grocery store and make family favorites at home. Either way, the kitchen gives you plenty of space to cook meals for your family. There is a breakfast nook complete with a round dining table and seating for four. The breakfast bar offers additional seating, 

A small hallway leads from this lounge and kitchen area to the first bathroom. This recently upgraded bathroom has a modern tile shower with a half wall for privacy and rain shower features. As you venture further down this hallway, you will find bedroom number one. This room has floor to ceiling windows that overlook the driveway and the Sea of Cortez. In this bedroom, you will find one Queen size bed with high-end linens and plush pillows. 

You will find the other two bedrooms and more living space upstairs on the top level. Red tiled floors and high ceilings give this top level a bright and open feel. The entire top floor is open, with beds tucked in different nooks and crannies. You will find one Queen size bed directly up against the floor to ceiling windows that overlook the balcony. Two more beds can be found adjacent to this Queen bed, set in an alcove of windows overlooking the sea. A few feet from this first set of beds is another set of full-size beds. There is a full bathroom in between the two sets of beds, complete with walk-in shower.

If you love to entertain, you’re going to love the ground floor of this fantastic home. Surrounded by towering walls, this entertainment space is private and intimate. Enter this ground area through two large black doors and soak in the natural beauty of this outside space. A spiral staircase takes you from this garden area up to the driveway and main entrance of the home. From this ground floor entrance, take a right, follow the narrow paths, under the palm frawns and directly to the waterfront luxury pool and spa. This pool is on the second level of the home.

This stunning pool looks out over the sea and provides plenty of seating and lounge areas both inside the pool and out. The bubbling hot tub is an ideal place to relax your tired muscles after a day exploring the island. An expansive stone pool deck around the pool provides plenty of room to set up your sun lounges and soak up the sun. There is a bar inside the pool, so you can relax in the water, enjoy your favorite fruity cocktails, and enjoy the views of the water. A small staircase leads from the pool deck to a patio overlooking the sea. This is a great place to turn up your favorite music and have a fiesta under the stars! 

The pool deck blends seamlessly into the second story balcony, where you’ll find massive windows and glass doors that lead into the second story sleeping quarters. Take the second spiral staircase from the pool back down to the ground level where you will find the massive driveway and private garage. 

This three-story waterfront estate can accommodate up to 10 guests and includes internet and Satellite TV. From here you are just minutes from the beach, golf courses, El Malecon, San Felipe’s charming boutiques, and fantastic local restaurants. Located in the Las Playitas section of San Felipe, guests who stay in this five-star beachfront estate are close to everywhere they want to be during their visit.
