Two bedroom Two bathoom newly furnised vacation rental condo in San Felipe's south of town community known as La Hacienda, This modern style condo is a great vacation spot for up to 6 guests. If you will be more than 6 guests, we have nine more La Hacinda condos available for rent. You all get to enjoy quality time next to each other.
For those fortunate to fly into San Felipe's Airport on a charter plane, this rental is just 3 miles to the airport which is located on the South side of town.
Entrance to this rental is on the ground floor. The ground floor is also where you will find the bathrooms and bedroom. The first bedroom has a comfortable queen sized bed, while the second bedroom has two single beds. Bedrooms have closet storage space to neatly hang your cloths. Please check the bed sizes in the picture to ensure this is comfortable for your stay. You may need to bring one airbed if the sleeping arrangement is sufficient for your party of up to six guests.
Moving to the second floor up a short flight of stairs, and here you will find an open floor plan with living room, kitchen and dining area. This is a spacious area designed for everyone to feel comfortable.
The living room furniture are made up of plush leather couch and sofa plus a large flatscreen TV. The kitchen island doubles as the dining area keeping the interior spacious. There are high bar stools to enjoy dining by the kitchen island.
The kitchen has all the essentials including microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, blender, fridge, freezer and cutlery. Preparing meals is easy. Note that guests need to bring all needed cooking ingredients. If you forget to bring this, no worries, just take a short drive to the nearest grocery store of which there are many in San Felipe, however, the main grocery stores in San Felipe are Calimax and Bodega Aurrera both located on Chetumal boulevard.
A balcony, accessible from the living room and overlooking the courtyard and swimming pool is a great place to chill out with a drink or two. The community beach is also visible from here and is a short walk away.
There is a swimming pool available on the resort that is shared with other condos. Pool is only operational during summer months.
Beach is about a 10 minute walk away. If pool is a priority and you are visiting in non-summer months, please inquire before booking
There is plenty of parking available in the community.

There is a weekly discounted rate on this condo. Monthly rentals at a special rate are offerred November - March. To see the rate, reservation dates must be in 30 night increments. Entering 29 nights will not give the monthly rate.
Staying is this location (La Hacienda community) puts you within 30 minutes drive of the Puertecitos Hot Springs and the Valley of the Giants nature preserve. You will be amazing at the giant Sahuaros plants. Visiting both locations are popular with visitors vacationing in San Felipe.

This is a community of private residential condominium homes. Please observe and follow these rules during your stay. These rules are intended for everyone to enjoy the beauty and tranquility of our community. Rules apply to all guests in every unit. Thank You.
ONE BEDROOM UNITS- MAXIMUM 4 OCCUPANTS INCLUDING CHILDREN
TWO BEDROOM UNITS-MAXIMUM 6 OCCUPANTS INCLUDING CHILDREN
NO SLEEPING IN AUTOS IN THE PARKING AREA OR AROUND THE CONDOMINIUMS. NO SLEEPIMG ON ANY UNIT’S TERRACES OR PATIOS.
All vehicles are restricted to our private parking area in back of the condominium units. This includes ATVs. No parking on sidewalks or back bricked area.
ATVs of all types are only used for driving to the entrance paths to the sand areas- they are not allowed to be driven on the brick roads in and around Los Colonas.
All trash and waste to be put into provided trash cans ONLY.
No activity is allowed that disrupts the peace and comfort of the residents -or other guests AT ANY TIME. This includes all musical equipment or devices. No personal or group activities that disturb the peace. No improper or loud usage of cars or ATVs allowed.
Quiet time hours are 10:30PM to 7:00AM. This includes the entire condominium property. Pool and patio area close at 10:00. Registered guests only allowed in pool.
No Camping Equipment- this includes the following:
No canopies. No tents. No BBQ grills. No folding tables.
No coolers or glass at the pool
We provide two large BBQ grills for your use
Portable lawn chairs and sun umbrellas allowed (up to 9 feet)
